CentraArchy Restaurants is helping make breast cancer history

ATLANTA (October 1, 2016) – CentraArchy Restaurants continues in its commitment to National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with its sixth annual “Pink Kiss for the Cure” campaign, where all 19 restaurants sell a limited edition Pink Kiss martini. The restaurants have raised more than $80,000 for breast cancer research and care, and this month, the restaurants hope to add thousands more to that total. The campaign will run through the end of the month with proceeds benefiting The Pink Agenda.

The Pink Agenda’s beliefs coincide with that of the restaurants, “… spread the word about breast cancer, reflect on the research being done to cure it, and honor our loved ones who have been affected by it, while at the same time having a great time.” Throughout the month of October, 50% of the sales from Pink Kiss martini will be donated to The Pink Agenda. Additionally, the restaurant staff will be donned in pink, as well as the complimentary golf tees at New York Prime and Chophouse ‘47.

Together with their guests, CentraArchy Restaurants; New York Prime, California Dreaming, The Tavern at Phipps, Chophouse New Orleans, Carolina Roadhouse, Joey D’s Oak Room, Chophouse ’47, Gulfstream Café and Burro Loco, are committed to finding tomorrow’s cure. ATLANTA (October 1, 2015) – CentraArchy Restaurants and Susan G. Komen for the Cure® are joining forces again in 2015 to help raise money this October as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For the fifth consecutive year, all 19 restaurants will sell the limited edition Pink Kiss dessert martini. The campaign has raised over $60,000 supporting uninsured men and women in their local communities with the necessary breast health services.

Throughout the month, 50% of the sales from the limited edition Pink Kiss dessert martini will be donated to local Susan G. Komen for the Cure® affiliates. The restaurants staff will also be donned in pink during the month, as well as the complimentary golf tees at New York Prime and Chophouse ‘47.

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (August 21, 2015) – For 30 years, Gulfstream Café has been wowing guests with their picturesque waterfront view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Murrells Inlet. COLUMBIA, SC (August 1, 2014) – California Dreaming is set to host a spectacular, fun-filled evening to celebrate their 30th anniversary on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Party-goers will experience the classic and historic atmosphere while dancing the night away to live music by Tokyo Joe. As homage to the year they opened, California Dreaming will offer $0.84 Bramble cocktails all day as well as regular happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This memorable event is open to the public, with free admission.

Union Station became an instant landmark when it opened on January 14, 1902. The passenger station, ancillary building, seven trackside walkways and a bridge that formerly spanned Assembly Street remained a transportation hub for 70 years. CentraArchy Restaurants hold fundraiser to benefit staff member

Atlanta, GA (October 25, 2013)CentraArchy Restaurants joins the Movemember movement to raise money for The Marcus Chapman Recovery Fund. From November 1st through 30th the restaurants’ staff will pay it forward by making a $100 donation and growing a mustache in support of Marcus.

Marcus Chapman has been part of the CentraArchy family for over thirteen years. In March of 2011, while on his way to work, he was struck by a hit and run driver. As a result, Marcus was left with a with a severe head injury. Thanks to the support of family, friends, and co-workers Marcus has made giant strides; however he is still on his road to recovery and needs assistance.

Local restaurants raise money for breast cancer prevention

ATLANTA (November 1, 2012) – As October’s pink ribbons remind us the fight against breast cancer is far from over California Dreaming, New York Prime, Carolina Roadhouse, The Tavern at Phipps, Chophouse ’47, Lenox Square Grill, Joey D’s Oak Room, Chophouse New Orleans, Burro Loco and Gulfstream Cafe together raised $15,000 from the limited edition Pink Kiss Martini for local breast cancer organizations in each of the restaurants cities.

During the month of October, in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness, fifty percent of the sales from each Pink Kiss Martini sold benefited local breast cancer charities.

CentraArchy Restaurants Donate 50% of Drink Sales to Charities

ATLANTA (October 31, 2012) – CentraArchy Restaurants are committed to extending hospitality beyond the restaurant and into the community. From November 1st through 30th the restaurants will donate 50% of all Three Olives vodka martini sales to co-worker Marcus Chapman, Shepherd Center and C.O.R.E. charities.

Participating restaurants include: California Dreaming, New York Prime, Joey D’s Oak Room, The Tavern at Phipps, Chophouse New Orleans, Lenox Square Grill, Gulfstream Café, Carolina Roadhouse, Fiesta del Burro Loco and Chophouse ’47.

Marcus Chapman has been a CentraArchy family member for over twelve years. In March of 2011, he was on his way to work when he was struck by a hit and run driver which left him with a severe head injury. Marcus has progressed by leaps and bounds thanks to the support of family, friends, co-workers and rehabilitation from the Shepherd Center; however he is still on his road to recovery.

CentraArchy is asking their guests to pay it forward by purchasing a martini or make a donation to raise funds to thank the Shepherd Center for their help with Marcus and C.O.R.E. for their support to the hospitality industry.

ATLANTA (October 9, 2012) – The Tavern at Phipps is set to host a spectacular, fun-filled night to celebrate their 20th Anniversary this Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. This memorable event is open to the public, with free admission. The night will feature past and present flair bartenders, including a fellow Buckhead entrepreneur. Bartenders will take turns entertaining the crowd as well as hold a competition. Anticipate plenty of dancing, live deejay, an extended patio and Atlanta’s “best looking staff”.

In October 1992 The Tavern opened its doors at Phipps Plaza and began an advantageous relationship with its Buckhead neighbors. Twenty years later, the Tavern is an Atlanta fixture with many of the same staff and guests frequenting the popular restaurant and bar.
