Purchasing & Sending

Q: Are there any fees associated with a Gift Card?
A: No, there are no maintenance fees with a CentraArchy Restaurants Gift Card.

Q: Do Gift Cards expire?
A: No, there is no expiration date on your physical Gift Card or eGift Card. Your Gift Card will retain its full value until it is used. They are accepted for food, beverage and gratuity.

Purchase Gift Cards

Q: How quickly will I get my eGift Card?
A: Your digital eGift Card will be delivered between 1 minute – 1 hour of placing an order from no-reply@toasttab.com. However, issues can occur, including the email going to your spam folder, can delay your order. If the eGift Card is not received within 4 hours of purchase, please email giftcards@centraarchy.com.

Q: Can I purchase an eGift Card for myself?
A: Yes! Select the restaurant brand image you would like, press “send as email” and enter your name in the “recipient information” section, then complete the transaction normally. You will receive an email confirmation first. And secondly, you will receive an email containing your eGift Card.

Q: Can I change the value of a Gift Card after I’ve paid for it?
A: Once you press the “place order” button, the order has been placed and the value of the Gift Card cannot be changed.

Q: Can I reload my Gift Card after I’ve spent the value?
A: Yes. You can add value to a Gift Card.

Q: Can I let someone else use my virtual eGift Card?
A: Yes, you can regift the eGift Card to them after you send it to yourself. Additionally, you may print the eGift Card and hand it to the recipient.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Q: When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
A: Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit statement as: TST* (restaurant name)

Receiving & Redeeming

Q: How do I use my digital eGift Card?
A: You can either print the eGift Card or use it directly from your mobile device any CentraArchy Restaurant. Visit www.centraarchy.com for locations.

Q: Do I need a special printer to print an eGift Card?
A: No, if you choose to print the eGift Card then any standard printer will work.

Q: When I give a Gift Card or eGift Card as a gift, what will the recipient receive?
A: For Gift Cards by mail, please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipping physical Gift Cards. eGift Cards recipients will be sent an email on the delivery date you selected with their Gift Card number and message.

Q: Where can I use my Gift Card?
A: CentraArchy Restaurant Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be used at any of our restaurants: New York Prime, California Dreaming, Chophouse New Orleans, Carolina Roadhouse, Joey D’s Oak Room, Chophouse ’47 or Gulfstream Café.

Q: Do Gift Cards expire?

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: If you have lost your Gift Card from an online purchase, and the value still remains on that card, please contact support at giftcards@centraarchy.com with the purchasers email address and order number.
