Host/Hostess – Service Staff – Bartender

Management salaries are competitive and are determined at the time of hire.
Managers are immediately eligible for Medical, Dental and Life and Disability Insurance from the date of hire.
CentraArchy’s benefits package includes an extremely flexible medical plan designed for the employee’s freedom to choose their own medical provider. Neither an HMO or PPO, this plan offers more choices and less hassle than other standard corporate packages. Also included within the plan are: an excellent dental care package, reduced prescription costs and free Disability and Life insurance.
Any employee over 21 years old and employed for at least 6 months is eligible to enroll in our 401 (K) plan.
Employees may deduct from 1-15% of their paycheck. CentraArchy will match half of the employee’s deduction up to 3% of the paycheck (up to $1500 in one calendar year). An employee becomes fully vested after four years of service.
Ability to relocate is not a condition of employment. Relocation assistance is provided to transferring managers.
Our new manager training program is extensive, including training in all functions of the restaurant. Therefore, candidates from all levels of experience are selected for training.
As a new manager you can expect to be placed right in the middle of the action in one of our high volume operations. You will be given manuals, hands-on-training with qualified personnel and the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned as you go. Training may last 12-16 weeks and is customized to the candidate’s needs. Your coach will be available throughout training, as a source of information and direction.
